DreamWorks Animation and Paramount's release of "Shrek the Third" is set for May 18. Directed by Raman Hui (supervising animator on the first two "Shrek" episodes) and Chris Miller (a story artist on "Shrek" and "Madagascar" and head of story on "Shrek 2"), its all-star cast of voice talents includes Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, Julie Andrews, Antonio Banderas, John Cleese, Rupert Everett, Regis Philbin and Justin Timberlake. The original "Shrek" arrived in theaters May 16, 2001 to $42.3 million and got to nearly $268 million domestically. "Shrek 2" opened May 19, 2004 to $108 million and did just over $441 million domestically. Following in those big green footsteps, "Shrek the Third" looms as a slam dunk computer animated blockbuster.
