Out-of-towners who descended on Washington for the World Travel and Tourism Summit got a whopping dose of wholesome for their Tuesday-night entertainment: Julie Andrews , with the World Children's Choir, singing -- yes -- "It's a Small World." Come on, everybody, you know the damn words! Dame Julie, who lost much of her soprano after vocal-cord surgery, did more of a talk-singing thing, but still with that mad crisp elocution. And Disney, sponsor of the gala at the National Building Museum, gave a big old $1 million check to UNICEF.
